A fully gated community, entry is restricted to owners and guests; there is no transient traffic. This is the entrance to the South side of the property where the single family homes, Cypress Grove Townhomes and Pelican Point Condominiums and Townhomes are located. The gatehouse is open and staffed 24 hours a day, every day.

The Pajaro Dunes Fire Station is also located on the South side of the property.

This is the location of the Pajaro Dunes Beach & Tennis club, located next to the Sandpiper Center. Well maintained and beautiful and just a short walk to the beach.

This is the deck on the Sandpiper Center. The Sandpiper Center Meeting Rooms "A" and "B" can accommodate as many as 170 people, with a full kitchen and restrooms on the premises. The spacious deck allows outdoor dining or socializing while an expansive lawn is perfect for active sports and the tennis, basketball and volleyball courts are just steps away.

Meeting Room "B" is perfect for meetings.

Meeting Room "A" can be used as a meeting and dining facility or dine here and have your meeting in room "B" located just across the deck.

The Sandpiper Center meeting room "A" has full kitchen facilities.
