Pajaro Dunes is approximately 30 miles north of Monterey, 20 miles south of Santa Cruz, 45 miles from San Jose and about 85 miles south of San Francisco.

From southbound Hwy. 1 in Watsonville, exit at Riverside Drive. Bear right at the end of the ramp to the stop sign. Turn right. Go 1/4 mile to the light at Beach Road. Turn left onto Beach Road and go 3 miles to the entrance of Pajaro Dunes.

From northbound Hwy. 1 in Watsonville, exit at Riverside Drive. Turn left at the end of the ramp and go over the highway to the stop sign. Turn right. Go 1/4 mile to the light at Beach Road. Turn left onto Beach Road and go 3 miles to the entrance of Pajaro Dunes.
