Our mission is to link you up with the most qualified vendors in the business. It is our desire to make your wedding as personal as possible by renting the venue and allowing you the chance to bring in all your own decor and vendors (our recommendations or your own). The hall is a blank canvas but we do include the basis to get you started. Included in the rental of all the venues are; tables, chairs, event insurance, day after cleaning, carpet cleaning.
The Lagoon House is a 45′ x 55′ room with outdoor space and a view of the lagoon.
Max indoor with dinning and dancing is 100.
Max with outdoor dinning and indoor dancing is 200.
The Cypress House is a 40′ x 55′ room with a garden.
Max with dinning and dancing indoors is 100.
Max with dinning outdoors and dancing indoors is 200.
The Sandpiper Center is made up of 2 rooms located on a large circular deck.
There is a 20′ x 30′ room and 30′ x 40′ room.
Max occupancy with indoor dinning and dancing is 80.
Max occupancy with outdoor dinning and indoor dancing is 120.
Beach Ceremonies will require a permit from Cal State Parks. We can connect you with their coordinator. Ask us about one of our amazing decorators, they will set up and breakdown your ceremony and reception from start to finish.
