Pelican 12 is modern with a touch of chic beach décor. The master bedroom will spoil with an ocean-front view of Monterey Bay and direct access to the ocean-facing balcony. The bed configuration is great for adult couples, families, or singles. A view of the ocean can be seen from both the master bedroom and the living room. Access to the beach is just a two-minute walk with a staircase down to the sand. Call us or book online. We are here seven days a week to answer any questions.
Please note: There is no barbecue in this unit. They are not allowed in the Pelican point buildings.

Amazing Stay and Location with At The Dunes

"I brought my wife and 4 children to stay at this property and we were glad that we chose this location as opposed to some other locations closer to a Santa Cruz or Monterey. The seclusion and nearly private beach experience was worth the few minutes of extra travel time to get to eating establishments and other entertainment options. The house is well kept for the most part and has beautiful views of the ocean from the living area and the master. The kitchen is up to date and has the kitchen supplies we needed (but we couldn't find a cheese slicer). The beds were comfortable, the internet was good. There was even some buckets and shovels to play in the sand and a few boogie boards. We used all of these. Being able to walk out of the condo and be on the beach in 2 minutes was amazing. Because of the location of this condo on the very south end of the complex, the only people on the beach are others who are in the complex. People at the public beach portion about a mile north of the condo could walk down to this far southern extreme, but they don't take that effort, so we had the beach almost exclusively to ourselves in the morning and evening and and even through the daytime there were only a handful of other groups there. Our visit was in July. I would highly recommend this condo and would strongly consider returning to the same spot.

"We loved the place. It was clean and peaceful. The view of the beach from the living room and bedroom is spectacular! The people of Watsonville are very warm and friendly. We sat on the balcony and absorbed the beauty of the sea all weekend. It felt like a private space even though there were other units around us. Very memorable weekend! We’ll be back.

Incredible location and views.

"Incredible location and views. Wake to the view of the ocean and watch the sunset from the balcony or sitting in the nook with a huge window. Very peaceful and quiet. Walk the private beach or relax on a warm day with an area all to yourselves. We cooked most nights since we didn't want to leave. The service is very responsive to any questions or issues. Highly recommended! Enjoy!

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Dunes. The unit was easy to find, well set up, clean and comfortable. We have 5 adults and 2 kids but had enough space for everyone. Having a view of the water and such quick access to the beach was why we chose this place and we were not disappointed.

Wake up to a spectacular ocean view!

"Wake up to a spectacular ocean view! Very accurate description of the house although it does have an outdated kitchen . This property is balanced with beach decore. Throughout. Plenty of towels and linen. There are so many things to keep the kids occupied but really the main thing is the home is right on the beach.

"The place was beautiful. While we knew we were right on the beach it was such a beautiful surprise to walk right over the dune (on the path of course) and the beach was right there! And such a great beach. My girls had been dying to collect seashells & this beach was perfect. The place was clean, the view was breathtaking & it was both out of the way yet close enough to easily access what you need.

"This place was simply perfect! Beds were comfortable, the master view was simply gorgeous. Has a Small balcony to enjoy the fresh air and view. Fully equipped kitchen. I brought my own items to cook but this is perfect in case you don’t bring items. Host provided extra towels and provided sand toys which I totally forgot to bring. This is a second floor but the unit provides little carts to bring all your items inside the unit. About a 5 minute walk to the beach.
